Mac 안에서만 분석해요
거북목 감지기는 카메라의 머리·어깨 위치와 높이를 저장한 기준 자세와 비교해 자세 알림을 제공합니다. 카메라 영상은 이 Mac의 메모리에서 실시간으로 분석하고 버립니다. 영상이나 사진을 녹화·저장하거나 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 얼굴 인식, 신원 확인, 개인 식별을 위한 생체 정보 처리도 하지 않습니다.
기기 안에 저장하는 정보
기준 자세의 숫자 데이터, 카메라 식별자, 저장 날짜, 민감도·알림 설정과 최근 24시간의 1분 단위 자세 상태를 이 Mac의 앱 설정에 보관합니다. 자세 기록은 좋음·나쁨·미측정 상태만 포함하며 오래된 기록은 앱 실행 중 또는 다음 실행 시 정리합니다. 자세 기준은 감지 대상을 다시 선택하면 지워지고, 새 자세를 저장하면 교체됩니다. 감지 중인 위치 데이터와 판단 결과는 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 개발자는 이 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다.
수집·공유·추적
거북목 감지기는 사용자 계정, 광고, 사용 분석 도구나 추적 기능을 사용하지 않습니다. 카메라 영상, 자세 기준, 감지 결과는 개발자나 제3자에게 전송하지 않습니다. 자세 모델은 앱에 포함되어 있어 인터넷 없이 작동합니다. App Store의 다운로드·결제·진단 정보 등 Apple이 직접 처리하는 정보에는 Apple의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.
직접 설치 버전의 업데이트
직접 설치 버전은 앱 실행 시와 하루마다 이 사이트에서 새 버전 정보를 확인합니다. 최소 지원 버전 정책은 실행 시·창 활성화 시·5분 간격으로 업데이트 정책 서버에서 확인합니다. 업데이트 파일은 사용자가 선택할 때 GitHub에서 다운로드하고 설치하며, 최소 지원 버전 미만은 업데이트 후 감지를 이용할 수 있습니다. 자동 확인은 항상 켜져 있으며 앱에서 끌 수 없습니다. 사이트·업데이트 정책 서버·파일 제공 업체는 IP 주소, 접속 시각, 앱 버전 등 일반 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 카메라 영상이나 자세 데이터는 업데이트 요청에 포함되지 않습니다. 사용자 기기 정보 수집 기능은 사용하지 않습니다. 자세 감지는 인터넷 없이 동작합니다.
사용자가 제어할 수 있어요
감지 중지를 누르거나 앱을 종료하면 카메라 사용이 중단됩니다. macOS 시스템 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 카메라에서 접근 권한을 취소할 수 있습니다. 감지 대상과 기준 자세는 앱에서 다시 설정할 수 있습니다. 보관된 로컬 설정은 앱 사용 중 유지되며, macOS의 앱 데이터 또는 백업에 남을 수 있습니다.

Processing stays on your Mac
Posture Alarm compares camera-based head and shoulder positions and heights with your saved baseline to provide posture reminders. Camera frames are analyzed live in your Mac’s memory and discarded. The app never records, saves or uploads video or photos. It does not perform facial recognition, identity verification or biometric processing to identify a person.
Information stored on your device
Numeric baseline measurements, a camera identifier, save date, sensitivity and reminder settings, and the last 24 hours of per-minute posture states are kept in the app’s local preferences. Selecting a person again clears the previous baseline; saving a new posture replaces it. The posture timeline stores only good, bad or unmeasured states. Older entries are removed while the app runs or when it next opens. Live landmark positions and posture decisions are not stored on a server. The developer cannot access this information.
Collection, sharing and tracking
Posture Alarm has no accounts, advertising, analytics tools or tracking. Camera video, posture baselines and detection results are never sent to the developer or third parties. Its posture model is bundled and works offline. Information Apple processes directly, such as App Store downloads, payments or diagnostics, is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
Updates for the direct-download version
The direct-download app checks this website on launch and daily for new versions. Minimum supported versions are checked with the update policy server on launch, activation and every five minutes. Update files download from GitHub and install when you choose to proceed. Versions below the required minimum must be updated to continue monitoring. Automatic checks are always on and cannot be disabled in the app. Website, update policy server and file providers may process ordinary connection information such as your IP address, request time and app version. Camera video and posture data are never included. System profiling is disabled. Posture detection works without an internet connection.
Your controls
Stop monitoring or quit the app to stop camera use. Revoke camera permission in macOS System Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera. You can reselect the monitored person and save a new baseline in the app. Local preferences persist while you use the app and may remain in macOS app data or backups.

For privacy inquiries, visit Posture Alarm Support. Information you choose to include in a support inquiry is used to respond. You do not need to send camera video or posture data. If this policy changes, we will update its contents and effective date here.
